Once one of our vets has approved your prescription you will be sent a payment link via text for you to complete payment. After payment has been completed you will be notified by text that your pets medication is ready for collection.

Please note: you must have a valid veterinary prescription to order medication. A prescription from a vet will be valid for 6 months after their last consultation with us. If your pet has not been seen in the last 6 months they will need to have a consultation for the vet to prescribe their medication.
